International cargo transportation is an integral part of the economy of any country. After the start of the war in Ukraine, in connection with the attack of Russian troops, the logistics chains that were formed and worked out over many years and even decades have undergone significant changes. "Grand Logistics Company" continues to work, delivering any cargo from Europe to Ukraine. Employees of the freight forwarding company have many years of experience (since 2007), and they clearly understand that almost everything depends on ensuring the uninterrupted supply of various goods, in combat conditions, from the combat capability of military units and the stability of the country's economy, and ending with the humanitarian situation in rear and front-line territories.
Features of cargo transportation in wartime and how cargo is delivered from Europe to Ukraine
In a war, the issue of logistics takes on the proportions of national security. Therefore, at the government level, special emphasis is now being placed on the need to create a flexible logistics system capable of responding to external threats as quickly and efficiently as possible. GLC employees, realizing the importance and complexity of the current situation, are trying to adapt their work so that it is possible to ensure uninterrupted supplies of goods from Europe to Ukraine, as well as to evacuate people, industrial enterprises and other commercial structures from war zones to safer areas.
At the same time, it should be taken into account that due to regular shelling and rocket attacks on almost all settlements of Ukraine, as well as the blockade of seaports by the Russian fleet, cargo transportation from European countries is possible only by rail and road. Another important point is the almost complete cessation of the transportation of various goods from Europe through the transport routes that pass through the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Added to this is the significantly increased volume of delivered goods, mainly military and humanitarian, which leads to the formation of queues at the checkpoints at the border. Thanks to the simplified customs clearance system and the minimization of bureaucratic issues, in most cases the delivery of goods from Europe is carried out in the optimal time, but in some cases there are still failures.

The main directions of cargo delivery from Europe
At the moment, most cargoes are delivered to Ukraine from the following countries:
- Great Britain;
- Germany;
- Netherlands;
- Austria;
- Poland;
- Slovakia;
- Czech;
- Sweden;
- Switzerland;
- Finland;
- Latvia;
- Lithuania;
- Estonia.
Also, Ukraine receives a large number of goods necessary for both military structures, the civilian population and the country's economy as a whole from the United States, Israel, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and many other states that support the Ukrainian people in the fight against the Russian aggressor . Delivery of such goods in most cases is also carried out through the EU countries.
"Grand Logistics Company" has a diverse fleet of trucks of various types and special equipment, which allows the delivery of all types of cargo from Europe to Ukraine - large-sized, bulk, non-standard, liquid, heavy, dangerous, in containers. At the same time, special attention is paid to the transportation of fuel, oil products and fuels and lubricants.
Despite the fact that logistics during the war is a task with many variables, GLC employees manage to work effectively, and every day bring the long-awaited and complete victory over the Russian aggressor closer. This is achieved through a flexible approach to the organization of logistics processes, competent planning and the use of advanced technologies.
