During the presentation of the government's program of activities, Groysman noted that the reform of the tax and customs sphere is one of the key ones for him. In particular, the Ukrainian customs should work in automatic mode for "white" and properly executed imports.

He said this during the Hour of Questions to the Government in the Verkhovna Rada.

“This system exists, but it is controlled manually. And this is the problem,” Groysman said. He stressed that as soon as the customs officers begin to interfere in the customs risk assessment system, the customs officers immediately "start to earn money on it."

“The system must be automated, and we must do everything to close the border for smuggling,” Groysman said.

On April 14 this year, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the new composition of the government. The new Cabinet was headed by Volodymyr Groysman.
