Greetings, dear readers, today I will tell you about the customs regime - "Processing in the customs territory of Ukraine and abroad"

Processing in the customs territory of Ukraine is a customs regime under which goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine originating from other countries are processed in accordance with the procedure established by law without the application of non-tariff regulation measures to them, provided that processed products are exported outside the customs territory of Ukraine in accordance with export customs regime.

A permit for the processing of goods in the customs territory of Ukraine may be canceled by the customs authority if it was issued on the basis of unreliable data that was significant for the decision, or if the resident enterprise to which such a permit was issued does not adhere to the provisions of this Code and other acts Ukrainian legislation.

The number of operations for the processing of goods in the customs regime of processing in the customs territory of Ukraine is not limited.

Goods processing operations may include:
⇨ Own processing of goods.
⇨ Processing of goods - assembly, assembly, assembly and overlay, resulting in other goods.
⇨ Repair of goods, including restoration and adjustment.
⇨ The use of individual goods that are not products of processing, but which contribute to or facilitate the process of making products of processing, if they themselves are completely consumed.

Processing outside the customs territory of Ukraine - a customs regime under which goods that are in free circulation in the customs territory of Ukraine are exported without the application of measures of tariff and non-tariff regulation for the purpose of their processing outside the customs territory of Ukraine and subsequent return to Ukraine.
