The draft financial plan of PJSC Ukrainian Zaliznytsia for 2016 assumes the volume of cargo transportation at the level of 354.6 million tons of cargo, which is 5.7% more than the planned target and 1.6% more than the expected reporting data for 2015.
Also in 2016, an increase in the transportation of coal, grain cargo and ferrous metals is predicted.
The import structure of transportation will traditionally be dominated by coal, oil products and ore. In 2016, an increase in the transportation of petroleum products, coal and coke is forecasted, given the impossibility of supplying sufficient volumes of domestic raw materials.
The main cargoes transported in the internal traffic will be coal, building materials and ore.
The document recalls that in 2016 it is planned to index tariffs for the transportation of goods within Ukraine from March 1, 2016 to 15%.
