PUBLIC OFFER

This document is an official public offer of GRAND LOGISTICS COMPANY LLC (hereinafter — the “Contractor”) to provide logistics, freight forwarding, and passenger transport services on the terms set out below.

In accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, submitting a request through the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1.2. The Customer is any individual or legal entity that has submitted a request through the website or otherwise contacted the Contractor to receive services.

1.3. Submitting a request means that the Customer has read the terms of this Offer and agrees to them.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Contractor provides services related to:

• international freight transportation;

• domestic freight transportation within Ukraine;

• freight forwarding services;

• organization of passenger transfers;

• consultations on logistics services.

The specific list of services, route, deadlines, and cost are determined separately after agreement with the Customer.

3. Procedure for submitting a request

3.1. The Customer may submit a request through the website, by email, or by phone.

3.2. To submit a request, the Customer provides accurate information necessary for calculating the cost and organizing the transportation.

3.3. After receiving the request, a representative of the Contractor contacts the Customer to clarify the details.

3.4. Submitting a request does not mean the automatic conclusion of a contract or confirmation of the transportation.

4. Cost of services

4.1. The cost is determined individually depending on:

• the route;

• the characteristics of the cargo;

• the volume;

• the weight;

• the type of transport;

• the delivery deadlines;

• the Customer’s additional requests.

4.2. The final cost is agreed by the parties before the services begin.

4.3. Information about approximate prices posted on the website is for information purposes only and is not a final commercial offer.

5. Rights and obligations of the Contractor

The Contractor has the right to:

• clarify information regarding the request;

• refuse to provide services if it is impossible to perform them;

• engage partners and subcontractors to carry out the transportation.

The Contractor undertakes to:

• perform the agreed services in good faith;

• comply with the current legislation of Ukraine;

• ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data.

6. Rights and obligations of the Customer

The Customer undertakes to:

• provide accurate information;

• promptly notify of any changes to the terms of transportation;

• fulfill the agreed financial obligations.

The Customer has the right to:

• receive information on the progress of the order;

• contact the Contractor for consultations;

• receive information on the cost of services.

7. Liability of the parties

The parties bear liability in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Contractor is not liable for:

• the Customer providing inaccurate information;

• delays caused by the actions of government authorities, customs control, or border services;

• force majeure circumstances.

8. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen or avoided.

Such circumstances include:

• military actions;

• natural disasters;

• emergencies;

• strikes;

• decisions of public authorities;

• other circumstances that make it impossible to perform the contract.

9. Personal data

By submitting a request, the Customer confirms their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.

10. Intellectual property

All materials posted on the website, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic elements, and design, belong to the Contractor or are used by it on lawful grounds.

Copying, distributing, or using the materials without the written consent of the Contractor is prohibited.

11. Amendments to the Offer

The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this Offer without prior notice.

The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
