BP supported Ukraine's accession to the WTO agreement on public procurement

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on Ukraine's accession to the WTO agreement on public procurement. 243 people's deputies voted for the corresponding bill.
As noted in the explanatory note, accession to the WTO agreement involves the opening and access of Ukrainian companies to new international markets with an annual volume of purchases of 1.7 trillion US dollars; creating the image of a country that implements the best international standards in the field of public procurement; promotion of a proactive anti-corruption policy; attracting international investors to the Ukrainian market.
It is noted that currently 44 countries are parties to the agreement, including 28 EU member states, the USA, Japan, Canada, Hong Kong-China, Singapore, and Korea.
